How do I change the language?
Tap More → Language and choose English or German. The interface, techniques, exercises and wording switch immediately.
I bought Premium, but the content is locked.
Open More → Premium and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
I had the previous version of the app.
Users of the previous version get Premium automatically, free of charge. If that doesn't work, drop us a line – we're happy to help.
The audio guidance doesn't start.
Check the silent switch and volume. Audio guidance appears for solo exercises that already have recordings in your chosen language. It keeps playing when your screen is locked.
How do I move my own techniques to a new device?
Your own techniques and notes are stored on your device. They're included in your iCloud or computer backup and restored when you set up a new iPhone.
Community chat: rules and reports
The community chat is anonymous. To keep it a good place for everyone, these rules apply:
- Be respectful: no insults, no threats, no discrimination.
- No offensive, sexual or violent content, no advertising and no spam.
- No personal data – neither yours nor anyone else's.
Seen an inappropriate message? Press and hold the message in the app and choose Report or Hide author. You can also send reports directly to kontakt@nlpformate.app. Reported messages are reviewed and removed within 24 hours if they break the rules.
